Create a first Routine in Alexa app for setting Fajr alert. You see two sections “When this happens” and “Add action”
When this happens:
Choose "Schedule" under When this happens. Select Sunrise and choose a Time Offset you like to play Athan XX minutes before sunrise. Set Repeat for Every Day.
Add action:
Choose "Music" under Add action. Specify name of Athan under Play e.g. "Makkah Fajr Athan", select provider to My Library if you want to play purchased mp3 or Amazon Music if you've music subscription. Finally, choose the destination echo device for Alexa to play the Athan.
This setup above will play Makkah Fajr Athan everyday 60 minutes before Sunrise.
Similar setup can be done for Magrib with 0 Minute Time offset at Sunset.
For Zohr, Asr and Isha prayer alerts, you can setup schedule times matching to your location.
