Installing tvOS profile on Apple TV 4K was possbile only with Xcode on Mac. However, its plain simple to add on Apple TV HD.
I was skeptical and didn't succeeded this last year when testing tvOS13 on my Apple TV 4K. I tried this time and it worked.
Please follow the instructions below:
1 Open the Settings app and move to General - Privacy - Send Apple TV Analytics.
2 When you have Share Apple TV Analytics selected, click on it. When is turned on, press the Play/Pause button on the remote and it will open the Add Profile menu, click on it.
3 In the text field that pops up, type https://bit.ly/tvos14, then click Done and select Install.
4 When you are prompted to reboot do so.
5 Make sure Settings - System - Software Update - Get public beta updates set to OFF.
Once this is done, you can update tvOS 14 beta in Settings - System - Software Update.
